Severe Weather FAQ

The DeWitt Farmers Markets closes automatically for any sort of WARNING  issued for Clinton County by the National Weather Service.

During an Excessive Heat Warning, the market operates on a very limited basis. There will be no Children's Activities (including Kid Biz vendors), no Children's Book Table, no FFA vendors, no juvenile volunteers, and no Door Prize entries. Adult volunteers are encouraged to stay home. Adult vendors may attend market at their own risk. Check our Facebook page for whether Food Trucks, Beverage Trucks, etc be at Lincoln Park.

During an Excessive Heat Watch or Heat Advisory, the market remains open. Vendors & volunteers may choose to not attend.
